Dustin Harder is a private plant-based chef in New York City, and the host and creator of the original vegan travel series, The Vegan Roadie. He’s also a cooking instructor, recipe developer, and author of the Simply Vegan Cookbook, and the newly-released Epic Vegan. He’s been featured in big name publications like VegNews, Paste, Eating Well, etc. And he worked alongside Chef Chloe Coscarelli in recipe development!
